A day after Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra residence, the police have made certain disclosures regarding the actor’s mental condition at the time of his death. The police on Monday revealed that the ‘Kai Po Che!’ actor, who was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on Sunday morning, was battling depression. In line with a Mumbai Police official, the team that visited his residence found medication meant to treat depression. No suicide note, however, was found from the spot, the official added.

As per some reports found, the actor was undergoing treatment for his condition at Mumbai’s Hinduja hospital. The police are yet to talk to the doctor who was treating him.

Meanwhile, the provisional post-mortem report has revealed that the reason for death was asphyxia thanks to hanging, the police have said. The post-mortem was conducted at Dr RN Cooper Municipal General Hospital in Mumbai.

“Provisional post-mortem report has been submitted by doctors at Bandra police office. A team of three doctors conducted the autopsy of Sushant Singh Rajput. The provisional explanation for death is asphyxia thanks to hanging,” Abhishek Trimukhe, Mumbai Deputy Commissioner of Police, said on Monday.

Firstly, The fact that it took seven years to hang the rapist surely does raise some questions on the judiciary system of India. As the old quote says “Justice delayed is justice denied”. Seeing the present-day scenario of the Judiciary system in India most of us will agree with what the Hyderabad police did with rapists. The police did a spot encounter of rapists. And the fact that people were distributing sweets after this event shows how frustrated they are with our Judiciary system.

The problem with our Judiciary system is that it is very slow in its functioning and often doesn’t serve justice. The only solution to stop such gruesome activities is to create fear in the mind of these people.

Above all, They think that they can easily get away after committing these heinous crimes. In most cases, rapists are left to roam around freely. After spending some years in jail and that’s the reason they take the judiciary system for granted. What the Hyderabad police did with rapists, sets a perfect example as to what needs to be done.

However, The parents of Nirbhaya waited for seven long years for justice to be served. The hanging was to be done in January. But it got postponed many times due to various political influences. Though the hanging of these criminals took a very long time. It does give some surety to the people that our Judiciary system can serve justice to the victim.

Who to be blamed for the attack?

The Jaish-e-Mohammed terror group took the credit for the attack. They released a video after the attack. Where they said that “by the time this video would be released, Adil would be in heaven”. Adil Ahmad Dar was the suicide bomber used in this attack. He was a resident of kakapora in Pulwama and joined the terror group in 2018. The investigation reports later confirmed that around 100kg of explosives were used for this attack.

The major cause that lead to the attack?

The mere cause of attack was due to some internal security breach. The attacker was already knowing about the convoy movement. Also, when a convoy moves from one place to another no vehicles are to be allowed in between, but this attacker’s car somehow managed to go in between the convoy and attack the bus.

What happened after Pulwama attack?

However, Within two weeks of the Pulwama attack, the Indian Airforce did airstrikes in terror camps in Balakot. In this airstrike, the IAF used twelve Mirage 2000 jets, and the bombs that were used were SPICE-2000 bombs. These are Israeli bombs and they penetrate inside the building using their weight, which doesn’t destroy the building but explodes inside killing people with a mix of 70-80kg explosives with shrapnel. The code name used by IAF for this airstrike was Operation Bandar.

A person posted an advertisement around 10-15 days ago on his Facebook account for offering job in multiple domains. The offer was posted in the Gujarati language for attracting more local customers.  This is what the post read, I will convert it in English for you. “It basically means that there are job vacancies in many domains with salary ranging from 15000-30000 for more details contact this number. 6355013347.”

And when the foresaid number was contacted, he said that the people need to pay a registration amount of 2350. But the horrifying thing is that he possessed to be from a very reputed Rajkot based IT company. To maintain the privacy of the company, the name of the company is not disclosed. And shockingly he also provided with the company’s pdf (which he downloaded from the company’s website) to the people which made them believe this scammer. Not only this, he also called 3 different people to Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Morbi respectively, and when they reached there, no one was there to conduct these people. Also, he then stopped taking calls. Some people also reported that when the people did the registration payment their numbers were blocked by this scammer. 

Whom he targeted?

The victims were mostly a group of final year and passed out college students who were looking for a job. One of the victims reported that around 10-15 of his friends have fallen in this trap and lost their money.

What can be done to be safe from such scams??

The best thing to overcome such situation is to first visit the company physically before making any payments of your hard-earned money. There are around hundreds of such scam that take place daily which go unreported.
